When China Wok (aka, Taipei Tokyo) moved out of Winchester, it left a cheap Chinese takeout food void. Fen Yang has filled that void, and then some. Fen Yang has a clean and pristine atmosphere. Fen Yang features relaxed lighting, complimentary tea, and a flat screen TV mounted on one wall. The price is right, and the portions are generous. An entree easily sates for dinner and lunch the next day. I've tried several of their shrimp, chicken, and broccoli dishes. The only one I wasn't into was their Chicken Basil. Enjoy!?
